Description
Application
It is used for lubricating the sliding and rolling guides of metal-cutting machines, the transmission of screw-nut drives of high-precision machines with computer control, heavy and others where uniformity of slow movements, accuracy, and sensitivity of setup movements of tables, carriages, sliders, heads, columns, and other assemblies are required, as well as where it is necessary to reduce the level of friction coefficients in static and kinetic conditions. INS-85 oil is used for lubricating medium and heavily loaded horizontal guides, as well as vertical guides or vertical and horizontal guides in a general lubrication system. In addition to its primary purpose, INS can also be used for lubricating other machine components, such as gear and worm drives, quills, cams, and ratchet mechanisms.
